Gatex Design Ltd. is proud to announce the availability of our newly developed high-performance rubber and silicone patch collection, engineered for performance activewear, outerwear, denim, and streetwear.

Using high-precision CNC mold engraving and computerized multi-color micro-injection machines, our patches deliver sharp multi-level 3D relief, translucent gradient effects, and high resistance to stone-washing and extreme weather conditions.

Technical Specifications & Capabilities

Patches can be customized with recessed stitching channels for easy machine assembly, heat-seal adhesive backings, or high-grip velcro backings for tactical and technical apparel.

With zero-phthalate formulations and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 compliance, our patches meet the most stringent safety standards for infantwear and high-end fashion exports.
