Gatexbd Expands Screen Printing & Tagless Heat Transfer Capacity

In response to growing international demand for tagless heat transfer labels and continuous printed narrow fabrics, Gatexbd Limited has completed a major expansion of its Screen Printing Unit at our Dhaka manufacturing facility.

The expansion features state-of-the-art automatic carousel printing machines, automated infrared tunnel curing conveyors, and precision roll-to-roll ribbon printers.

Empowering Sustainable Fast-Fashion Production

The upgraded facility allows us to produce high-density 3D silicone prints, ultra-soft water-based inks, and high-visibility reflective transfers with superior wash resistance up to 50+ industrial cycles.

With this expansion, our daily printing capacity exceeds 200,000 tagless labels per day, significantly reducing lead times for our partner brands across the UK, Europe, and North America.
